Opening plot to story


Realms of Arth

Quinn’s story starts on the eve of his nineteenth season, he and his childhood friend Merloc (elf) are hunting game in the forest for the night’s feast. After they have their game they start back to the village of Goldwood, Merloc gives Quinn an Elven bow as a gift for his journey to manhood. They say their goodbyes and Quinn returns to the village. At the feast there is food, ale, and songs to celebrate Quinn and two other young men’s journey into manhood.
The next morning Quinn is packed and ready, he says his farewells to his mother and father. Quinn exits the village gates and as he does he looks back at the village knowing that he won’t see it again for a whole year. He smiles and starts walking never looking back again.

Gnomes of Arth are subterranean creatures that live in the forest and mountains, guarding treasures of gold within the Squatters peak mountain. Gnomes are fearsome fighters who love ale and songs of heroes. The greatest enemy of the gnomes is the Trolls.
